There are some areas in Mexico affected by crime and drug trafficking and of course, these are not featured in our tours. We will never take you to unsafe places, but you should take all regular precautions when travelling anywhere, like keeping an eye on your belongings.
We will take all necessary precautions to keep your belongings safe, and your guide will give some advice to prevent issues. However, we recommend that your insurance covers your belongings.
No, the water from the tap in Mexico may not be potable in some places. It is better to either drink bottled water or filtered and desinfected tap water.
Overall yes, higiene is acceptable in most places but not everywhere; asking your guide is the best way to experience the incomparable Mexican flavours. Nontheless, mexican street food can be greasy and spicy, resulting irritant for the stomach, so take it easy if you are not used to it.

You must pay in full before the start date of your trip so that we can ensure that everything is covered and prepared. Your invoice will indicate this date, and we will send you reminders if needed as the date approaches.

Yes, children of any age are welcome on the trips, as long as they are accompanied by a legal guardian, who will be responsible for them.

You will be accommodated as you indicate, single, double, etc. You will also choose your type of accommodation, so it is up to you.
We will try our very best to comply with your nutritional requirements, but it should be considered that food offer is limited at isolated locations; this does not mean you will be hungry, only that you may miss some traditional delicatessens.
Flights from the country of origin are not included in our prices. Flights within the country and associated transfer prices for your trip are included.
No, we operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Please, consider that we have a limited number of trips for each date, so we recommend booking your dates as soon as possible.
Sorry, we do not offer this service. You will need to arrange your own insurance, and we recommend full travel insurance. Only our guides and our transport are insured.

Weather and locations in Mexico are diverse; therefore, it will all depend on the places and the activities you are taking. If you want to bring any special equipment, like scuba diving, you can discuss this with your trip advisor.

You will need to notify us if any of the members of your party do not wish to participate in any of the activities as soon as possible, so we can adjust the planning and avoid unnecessary charges. If you change your mind upon short notice, we may not be able to offer you a reimbursement.

Transportation in our trips is initially private to ensure your comfort at all times, but you can also choose to experience the adventure of local transport.
There are no formal requirements; the activities you select will define the fitness level you need. Our travel advisors will always point this out and try their best to adjust your destinations to your fitness level.
It depends on the locations you will be in. You may not have a problem in cities and towns, but in the most remote areas, ATMs and card payments will be rare; hence, you may need to have some cash at hand. Your guide will advise you about this.
Your mobile will likely work in cities and main destinations, but coverage is limited in remote areas. You can get a local SIM card if you want, for which we will also help you.
